Governance
Windhoek is the capital and largest city of Namibia and is considered the political, cultural, economic and political hub of the country. Geographically, the city is situated centrally within a basin between the Khomas Highland, Auas and Eros Mountains. Windhoek is a pioneer in water reclamation and boasts historic sites like the Alte Feste and the Zoo Park archaeological site, adding to its rich heritage and charm.
