Governance
Masaka City is located in south western Uganda. It is the top policy-making organ composed of elected councillors headed by the Mayor. Masaka City was formed out of Masaka Municipality, Lwengo, Kalungu and Masaka Districts. The city comprises two divisions, namely the Nyendo-Mukungwe division (14 wards) and Kimaanya-Kabonera division (11 wards).

- Garbage disposal and management
