Dodoma Municipal Council is one of 7 District Councils in the wider Dodoma Region. Dodoma City’s administrative set up comprises political and executive structures. Politically, a full council operates through the statutory committees of Administration and Finance; Urban planning, Construction and Environment committee; Economics, Education and Health and Aids. The executive is headed by the City Director and operates through 10 departments.
