Kajiado County is located in the southwestern part of the country, in the Rift valley region. The county comprises five sub-counties and twenty-five wards with the headquarters located in Kajiado Town. In addition, Kajiado County has three municipalities, namely Ngong municipality, Kajiado municipality, and Kitengela municipality.
